Hi everyone! My family and I have decided to spend more time together and play board games, but there are so many to choose from! Does anyone have experience with games for kids 8-10 and for adults? So that everyone is interested and not bored. Recommend something simple but fun!
What a great idea to spend the evening playing games. I would recommend trying Codenames or Dixit. They are both simple and very fun, suitable for all ages. In Codenames you need to guess words from clues, and in Dixit you need to solve pictures. But besides board games, I came across an interesting article that talked about the importance of playing as a family to strengthen bonds. I can recommend reading it here: https://www.edhat.com/business_news/parents-who-play-family-gaming-trend/ . I think it will be useful!
I recommend trying Ticket to Ride. This is a game about building railroads, it is quite simple and interesting. My children and I always manage to play it, and adults don't get bored either. The main thing is that it doesn't drag on, and every turn is engaging.
